Kingston’s A400 solid-state drive dramatically improves the
responsiveness of your existing system with incredible boot, loading
and transfer times compared to mechanical hard drives. Powered by a
latest gen controller for read and write speeds up to 500MB/s and
450MB/s1, this
SSD is 10x faster than a traditional hard drive1 for
higher performance, ultra-responsive multi-tasking and an overall
faster system.
Also more reliable and durable than
a hard drive, A400 is built with Flash memory. There are no moving
parts, making it less likely to fail than a mechanical hard drive.
It is also cooler and quieter, and its shock and vibration
resistance which makes it ideal for notebooks and other mobile
computing devices.
A400 is available in capacities
from up to 960GB2 to
give you all the space you need for applications, videos, photos and
other important documents. You can also replace your hard drive or a
smaller SSD with a drive big enough to hold all your files.
This SSD is designed for use in
desktop and notebook computer workloads and is not intended for
Server environments.

All brand new products (with the exception of consumable products and software) sold by PC Lan Pty Ltd are covered by Australian manufacturer warranty. For used or ex-demo product, warranty terms will be stated in the listing, or otherwise, customer can contact us for warranty information.
If your item is confirmed to be defective when delivered, it will be treated as Dead On Arrival (DOA). The DOA period is 14 days from your invoice date. DOA claims are eligible for a refund or replacement after the faulty item has been returned to us.
Please note:
If a product is outside the 14-day DOA period, the standard manufacturer warranty terms will apply. As some of our products, like electronics and computers, require specialized support, we strongly recommend that you first contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting assistance. Their support team is more knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving issues and can help minimize delays that may arise from us acting as an intermediary. Once we receive a faulty product, we will send it to the manufacturer or their authorized service center for assessment. However the return will be rejected in below cases:
After we receive the repaired or replacement unit from manufacturer, we will arrange return delivery to you.
Note: If the fault is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty or extended warranty (if applicable), we will provide you with a quote for the repair cost and any costs associated with the processing of the return prior to returning the product(s) to you.
